"I got a kitchenette room so I could prepare meals and could not use the stove due to it not working. Then there were things like the spot where the lamps should be was an empty spot with the frame there but no lamps or outlets. The toilet was constantly leaking. Then I was forced to stay another day there because they locked my funds in with their $150 deposit so I had to pay cash since it was my only option really. So even after I paid I was still told checkout was at 11 and I pleaded that I paid for another night and showed the charge. He then continued to talk to me like I was dumb and say yeah but I need to see your reservation. I told him I didn't have a reservation I paid directly to the property. He doesn't seem to believe me and I am stressed to the max that this guy is going to throw me out. He finally realized that it was employee error and I did pay and he refunded me the second night, however I don't think they should be able to charge me for the first night with a room that is not complete. It seemed like there were a lot of rooms that were under construction and without beds or anything at all in the rooms. Overall I don't think it was a great stay and it really put undue stress on me."

"This was my second time staying at the Park Inn by Radisson in Murray, UT (South Salt Lake City), and both visits had similar issues. During my first stay in October 2025, my door key card became inactive the day before checkout. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again on April 15, 2026, during my second visit. While the furniture in the room was acceptable, it showed significant signs of wear. I found one staff member at the front desk to be very helpful, but another staff member was difficult to understand and not very courteous. Considering these experiences, I will be looking for another hotel for my next trip to Salt Lake City."

"Everything about the hotel was great. We didn't have time to check out the hot tub or pool while there. The breakfast had some great options. "

"It is a beautiful place. I was amazed at how quiet it was. We never heard a sound at night during a 4 day stay. The breakfast was really good. The night time reception was okay. It was a wait to get drinks. (They need a 2nd bartender to speed things up.) I'd stay there again."
