Pros: Clean room and interior of hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast. Cons: One side of the bed seemed a bit saggy, parking lot a bit messy and saw one hyperdermic needle lying it- not great.

We enjoy the Express because the breakfast is always so good. Hotel and location are nice. Only complaint is the walls and floors must not be sound proof. We could hear the neighbors above and next to us.

Great 6 day experience.

The hotel was lovely, so comfortable and very quiet, clean and the staff was great. The breakfasts were also included and the food was very good. We plan to book again next year at this time because it was good and affordable.

Great location

Beds were too soft for our liking. I don’t know if it was because our room was across from the pool but our bathroom door was swollen and wouldn’t shut. While the food was delicious the service was terrible and many patrons had to wait for food to be replenished. One person is not enough to service the kitchen and dining area. We stayed three days and it was like that every day. Location was great and we really enjoyed the restaurant across the parking lot. Also it was conveniently located between two venues we were attending. Staff was friendly and were able to resolve an issue with early check out that Hotels.com hadn’t been able to resolve ahead of time.

Okay hotel

Hotel is okay. They are doing some renovations, so don’t plan on sleeping in! During the renovations, breakfast is a grab and go with a frozen Jimmy dean breakfast sandwich, which is very underwhelming. Pool and hot tub were nice to have after some long days of hiking.

Stayed 5 days for skiing. Bus 972 stops across Fort Union and the perpendicular street, but it can be better to catch it at the Midvale light rail station on crowded days (weekends). Pretty good breakfasts here, the usual manufactured eggs, pork and turkey sausage, pancakes, etc. Room was clean. A few signs of wear in stairwell (maybe someone poked a hole in drywall with luggage?). One gets the feeling this hotel will fix that. Sidewalk was a bit uneven…needs grinding to prevent tripping hazard. Many food choices nearby. Staff were professional but not warm.
