「When I arrived on 6/15/24 late night, the man at front desk was so nice and helpful. But when I checked out the next morning the young lady was not nice. Overall I liked the hotel.」

「The surrounding area is wonderful. Walkable to great shopping and restaurants. The staff was fabulous. The lobby and entrance of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. However, the rooms are very disappointing. No photos or art on the wall, no full length mirror, not even a headboard for the bed. Just blah 」

「The sides and flooring area in and around the elevators were pretty beaten up and dirty. The door to my room was hung crooked in the doorframe and there was about a 3/8" gap along the locking side. So alot of light and noise from the hallway. I only stayed because I used the additional interior flip lock to secure the door. Room was clean and staff were very nice and helpful. 」
