Das Restaurant bietet eine kleine feine Karte und wir haben sehr gut gegessen. Das Weintasting hatten wir leider verpasst, da wir nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise waren. Definitiv ein Ort und Grund um wiederzukommen 」

It was quiet and cool so barely needed to use the AC. But what made it such a wonderful place to stay were the amazing staff, who were so friendly and helpful they truly made our stay very special. 「Amazing stay and amazing staff at Avondrood. Our room was fabulous and well appointed. The included breakfast was great, and it was nice to have a bar on site for an evening drink. Avondrood is well located in beautiful Franschhoek and an easy to walk to restaurants and shops. My wife and I walked in the evening to restaurants in town and felt safe walking back at night. The setting within the Winelands is spectacular and Avondrood was a great jumping off point to explore many estates and...
