「在这里住了3晚，整体来说，这个公寓只是整座楼的少数几间房间而已。房间服务不是很理想，房间整体较为老旧，住宿设施、厨房设备都陈旧。但这个公寓胜在位置很好，且性价比很高，全家出游，又要节省费用，真的是很好的选择。」

「My third time staying at Aston Waikiki Sunset. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The staff were friendly and helpful in resolving any issues you asked. Room is clean, equipped with a full kitchen and has the balcony. Each floor has coin-operated washer/dryer. You can purchase parking tickets at the machine in the lobby for $35 per day. The hotel facilities and room furniture are somewhat outdated. Anyway, it's a good choice when you're on vacation in Honolulu.」

「To begin with, we had no idea how to get into our condo. Apparatently, we were supposed to be notified one week prior. Therefore, I had to call the company in order to get the information as there is no front desk. The view is amazing. The property s clean. You have to pay to wash your towels. The shower curtain rod needs to be replaced. It fell multiple times throghout our stay.」

「There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! 」

「We stayed at Island Colony Resort and our studio was on the 28th floor and it had a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. There is a short walk to the beach on a beautiful street. The studio has two queen beds, a glass top stove, sink, refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, and cookware. The bathroom was very clean & the water pressure was amazing. In short, we had everything that we needed it. The hallway was maintained clean and the elevators were in working condition...

「The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly. The balcony was going to be closed, but plans changed and she was able to get the outside furniture put back out side right away after we checked in. We were right across the street from an abc store and...

「Towel rack was broken, suitcase stand needed to be put back together. Only 2 total towels for 2 weeks for 2 people. Listed as an apartment but had no stove. No dresser and a tiny closet so we had to live out of our suitcase. No trash bags no housekeeping no outlets in bathroom. Curtains didn’t slide properly,half attached. No bath mat. It was inconvenient to live that way for 2 weeks 」
