「Staff was okay but They gave me a room where the key didn’t work , said they would have someone fix it and didn’t . So got moved to another room」

「I am so glad that I found this place. I was on my long drive and needed a place to rest for the night. The guy running the place is very nice and professional. The room is very clean, and the place is quiet. I am very satisfied with my stay.」

「Didn’t feel safe」

「I was unable to check in due to an issue with my reservation. The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

「Big language barrier. Could not understand the lady at the desk. I guess that's why for my 2 night, 2 room stay she only charged me for my 1st night. When we returned to our rooms and the keys wouldn't work, the guy at the desk said we only paid for 1 night. He couldn't answer me why they didn't charge for the whole stay. I paid for the rest of my stay and they turned our keys back on. Beds were ok. I couldn't take a shower as the tub was too slippery for me to stand in. We were not impressed...
