「still breakfast, even no packed oatmeal or pastries?! BUT same price!!! Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable 」

「I stayed her while attending a dog show at the Georgia National Fairgrounds. My dog was welcomed, and there's ample space to walk your dog. There's a Chick-fil-a and a Popeyes within walking distance. The location was quite. I felt safe traveling alone. And the room was clean, and bug free. The hotel staff were friendly. Overall, I felt the room was a great value.」

「Reason i gave 1 star on the customer service,we stood in the office area waiting over 20 plus mins for someone to show up,i even called the number 6 times and it just kept ringing,when someone finaly showed up,she had someones baby with her that she was watching,other than that,our stay was fine」

「It was disgusting! Dead and live bugs in the room, dead flees on the bed! It was so bad that I went to the front desk and told the lady that we were just going to keep traveling overnight. She offered to give me a refund but then conveniently couldn’t figure out how to do it for the card. 」

「We were looking for a pit stop on our cross country trip. The price was right but the late night service was lacking and we wasted valuable time trying to wake the night shift to get us checked in. I have doubts the facility would pass an inspection.」

「Slow check in because of computer problems. Stains on comforter. Very loud a/c. Outlet was desd where I plugged in my phone overnight so phone was dead next morning too. 」

「Needed a room on short notice. OK room, fresh paint in bathroom was a bit much. Fan and closed door helped.」
