"Overall, we had a good experience during our stay. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and happy to answer our questions. The hotel has a shuttle bus service, which was very convenient, especially for catching an early flight. We were a group of four, but there were only two sets of towels in the bathroom. Fortunately, I saw a housekeeping staff member in the hallway and was able to request additional towels. One issue was that the bathroom exhaust fan was not working. This was inconvenient for four people sharing one bathroom, especially when everyone needed to shower."
