Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Room keys continuously malfunctioned. After my teenage daughter went down to get a burger and couldn't return to the room or use the elevator d/t malfunctioning key, she asked the front desk for help and contacted me. As I was heading down to the front lobby, the hotel staff threatened to escort her out by security because she was in the lobby without supervision and was not 21. She started to panic. Thankfully, I was right there and witnessed the staff cancel the security call. The lady proceeded to lecture me about a teen being in the hotel lobby, pointing to posted plaques that stated that one cannot be on the gaming floor if under 21. She had no concerns that she was about to let said teenager be escorted off the property w/o anyone's supervision. My daughter was not on the gaming floor or anywhere close to it. In addition, we all could see multiple teens buying food and souvenirs in the food court and the lobby. This was very traumatizing for no reason at all. As the keys continued to malfunction, we finally requested several additional ones, anticipating the malfunction. In addition, when we arrived, we needed a luggage cart. We were told that only bellhop can bring it to our room. When he did, I explained that I was not able to give him a cash tip. His facial expression and attitude changed to nearly threatening. Thankfully, he was always in the hallway, and people were walking there nearly constantly. I was relieved to close the door when he left.
