Facilities are well lite. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Sofia always makes guest feel welcomed. Rooms are clean and stocked with refrigerator/freezer, small coffee maker, TV, ironing board, hangers, toiletries. Laundromat on premise and workout room. Breakfast is a good value!

I was told they couldn't rent me because of a room violation which I have no idea what they were talking about and they would not tell me and so now I'm out money and had to cancel my other trip it was very rude and just very uncalled for
