"The photos of this hotel are very misleading. Our room was dirty, and we had to request a room change, but even the new room wasn't much better. Both room pools were green and unusable. While the manager was polite, their lack of concern for the serious cleanliness issues was very disappointing. There were no welcome drinks or breakfast, and honestly, given the state of the hotel, I wouldn't have eaten there anyway"

"Tout d'abord le taxi qui nous y a conduit depuis Sanur n'a pas pu nous déposer devant les bâtiments alors qu'il pleuvait car l'entrée est quasiment impraticable car trop étroite et avec très petit angle de braquage. Sur le profil aucune mention de l'isolement de cet hébergement avec aucun restaurant à moins de 3 km. Ensuite le numéro de téléphone indiqué sur le portail ne répondait pas. Suite à notre plainte et notre souhait d'annuler les deux autre nuits, la personne sur place nous a proposer...

"Amazing resort! Not sure where to start….literally everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, the resort was beautiful, the spa was relaxing, the food was good and prices were very reasonable. We ate at the restaurant daily - beyond the free breakfast - and had champagne and beer delivered to our villa (enjoying it by our private pool) and it didn’t break the budget. We’ve gone to a lot of wonderful places but this is one we’ll go to again, and again, and again."

"Great location, room was fabulous. I didn’t like the first room offered It was ground floor, near the entrance, as a solo traveller I always prefer to be on a higher floor 2 generous sized pools, I used the family pool for my early morning swim … Lots of sun bathing options, my preferred one was on the upper terrace, above the family pool and overlooking the sea. Happy hour options were great , effectively from 4pm to 7 pm Great choice of food , reasonably priced, there was always an offer of some description I only ate once at the hotel , room service pizza, convenience after a travel day. Ate at The Duke, opposite the hotel … highly recommended "

While the buffet breakfast was of a good standard, the true highlight was the Friday barbecue dinner at Fire—an outstanding culinary experience. The attention to detail, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality made the evening truly memorable. Our room was beautifully appointed, offering a breathtaking ocean view. Every element, from the layout to the amenities, was thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and relaxation. A special mention to Kadek (apologies if the spelling is not exact), a member of the management team, whose professionalism and gracious presence elevated our experience even further.
