"Many things about the property were not as promised. For example, the ice machine and washing machine did not work at all.
Communication with the host was opaque. They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate.
I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them."

"The apartment itself was lovely, but the management experience left something to be desired, particularly around communication.
I arrived in Tulsa around 8 p.m. and went straight to dinner with friends. When I tried checking in around midnight, I couldn't access th apartment. That's when I discovered my reservation had been moved to a different building. Management said they'd called, but I'd been traveling all day and no voicemail was left. Customer service then had to investigate what...

The staff is wonderful and very accommodating, the rooms were clean, great hot breakfast spread, all around pleasant experience. I even ended up coming back after my flight was cancelled, which speaks for itself. I stayed around 10 days and would gladly go back and refer this property to others. Thanks for the hospitality! Judy

The hotel was located close to everything we needed & centrally licated. I was actually quite surprised to find out that we had to pay a dailey parking fee.
The front desk service was excellent, Chalaska checked us in. She was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
She answered all our questions. She had a very sweet personality and we enjoyed talking to her. She greeted us each night as we returned to the hotel and was always asking if there was anything she could do for us, or if there was...

We checked in late, but the location was great with lots of restaurants nearby. The motel looked recently remodeled, and everything was good during our stay.
