There was also an incident when I was trying to check in where the front dusk clerk was verbally accosted by another guest, and the security guard almost seemed to side with the guest versus the innocent woman who was just trying to do her job. It was very late at night. And I had run out of options for places to stay so I stayed for the night, but the next morning, I marched down to the front desk very early and demanded a full refund of which, after I showed them pictures of all of the things that I have named plus a few more.
