Hôtel calme et abordable à 2 pas du entre de Pau

Le Matisse, que je fréquente pour la 2è année consécutive est un petit hôtel calme dans une rue peu fréquentée à 2 pas du centre de Pau. La chambre est simple mais confortable et fonctionnelle. La propreté des locaux irréprochable. Seul bémol, les chambres ne sont pas, à ce jour, climatisées. Avec les épisodes de canicule qui s'acroissent, les ventilateurs fournis (par ailleurs efficaces) ne sont pas suffisants. Il faut espérer que l'établissement saura évoluer. D'un bon rapport qualité-prix, je le recommande.

Cadrant de la porte d entrée fissurée, appli murale cassée, bas de porte de salle de bain moisie, table de nuit tachée par un verre. Le sol à côté de la table de nuit collant Chambre non insonorisée, j entendais la télé de la chambre d à côté et l’enfant de l autre côté

Économique mais globalement très correct Petit plateau courtoisie avec café : bien Lit plutôt grand. Emplacement WC trop étroit, impossible pour mes genoux. Pas de personnel le dimanche mais ils m'avaient bien auparavant indiqué le code pour l'accès.

Soirée avec spectacle au Zénith très bien par contre pas de restauration possible après 23h sur Pau. Hôtel bien placé, chambre confortable mais salle de bain trop exiguë. Petit déjeuner copieux super 👍

Pratique et central

Hôtel central mais chambre au calme. Pas de réception mais les clés sont remises au bar restaurant se situant dans le même immeuble. Chambre basique mais moderne. Pas de surprise, nous sommes plutôt satisfait.

Satisfaisant, propreté et confort au rendez-vous

Satisfait de ma nuitée. Propre (sauf sur le lit, quelques petites minuscules particules balayées du revers de la main), très confortable à mon goût, peu bruyant, grande flexibilité pour rentrer et resortir indépendamment des horaires, pas de pièces communes (WC, lavabo, douche, serviettes et savon à disposition, tout y est). C'est une brasserie qui fait aussi service d'hôtel, il n'y a pas de réception, c'est le gérant qui vous donne les clefs dès votre arrivée. Petits bémols tout de même : le tarif un peu exagéré du petit-dejeuner (sachets thé/Nescafé dans la chambre, un pain industriel en guise de pain au chocolat, un jeu d'orange extrêmement chimique, et une banane ou pomme au choix), qui ne fonctionne pas comme d'habitude, crise du Covid oblige. Cher malgré la réduction par rapport au tarif pratiqué en temps normal. Le wifi a régulièrement des ratés. La fenêtre de ma chambre ne s'ouvrait pas, c'est donc compliqué pour aérer. Conclusion, si je repasse par là-bas, je reprendrai sans doute cet hôtel, à prix très abordable et le confort y est
