Experience que je ne renouvellerai pas

Que dire de l'accueil ? Personne... Il a fallu utiliser un interphone pour m'entendre dire que quelqu'un serait la dans 10 mns. Pendant mon attente, un autre client s'est presente et a du lui aussi... attendre. La chambre est froide, le chauffage fait ce qu'il peut ( réglé a 25 mais impossible de le changer). La temperature de la salle de bain ne montera pas du tout. Lendemain matin 14.5 degre dans la salle de bain, il y a un chauffage, mais ne semble pas fonctionner du tout ( voir photo jointe de la temperature relevee). Vu l'etat de l'une des serviettes ( voir photo a nouveau), je ne me sens pas tres bien accueilli, malgre une facture de 113 euros. Apres le petit dejeuner, retour prendre mes affaires a la chambre, puis passage a la reception pour rendre la cle ( qui finira dans la boite aux lettres de l'hotel), personne non plus ce matin la, reception fermee a cle, on a manifestement pas de temps a perdre avec le client. J'aurai pourtant bien aime faire part de ma deception a ce moment la, je le fais donc ici...

Good but go out for dinner

Very nice room. Friendly and attentive staff. Swimming pool ok but rather small. But a couple of problems: 1) Dinner was very basic for the price - seemed to me to be prepared by the receptionist in a microwave oven. 2) Location - on the edge of an industrial estate some miles from city centre.
