Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet from 6am to 11am was wonderful and great for those lazy lie ins. 200m down the beach is a more local part of beach with reasonably priced food and good for a change

Great place but too far from city

It is a beautiful property but very far from the city !! The only problem is kitchen closes at 10/10.30 PM so you should only book if you want to sleep early and wake up early Overall a beautiful hotel and very eco friendly

部屋はこぢんまりしていますが、とても清潔で、かつ自然を感じられる木材作りになっています。スタッフはとても親切で、レストランも大変美味しかったです。特に、焼売がおいしかった。海は雨季というのもあってクラゲが大量発生しており、海に入れなかったのは残念でした。ただプールに海やビーチを眺めながら入れるので、それで充分満喫できました。

Un peu loin de la ville de Pattaya mais c'est agréable de trouver de la quiétude après la tumulte de la cité des lumières. Le bord de mer et la piscine sont très agréables. Le petit déjeuner est bon et complet.

Mooi hotel met het gevoel alsof je echt op een Thais eiland zit. We hadden de garden villa geboekt, voor een echte tropische sfeer, fijn ruim huisje met een buiten douche en bad. Het zwembad was groot met voldoende ligplekken en einde van de middag een schitterende zonsondergang. Zeker een aanrader als je een luxe vakantiegevoel wil in de buurt van Pattaya!

Hotel was probably a 5 star when it opened 10 years ago but is probably not now. It needs some care. In the 2 bedroom pool villa there are no sun lounges for the pool which we found strange. Overall we enjoyed our stay but is overpriced for what you get. The food is quite good and staff friendly and helpful.

이쁘기만 함

일단 호텔은 자연친환경적이고 이쁩니다. 저는 풀빌라에 묶었기 때문에 풀빌라 기준으로 말씀드리자면 조금 관리가 안되는 부분이 보여 아쉽습니다. 유리 청소가 잘 안되어 있고 세면대 물이 잘 안내려간다거나하며 샤워실 수압 약하고 에어컨 소리가 좀 크고 방이 습한 등등 거슬리는 부분이 꽤 많습니다. 커피포트도 청소도 안되어 있어 건더기가 있었으며, 전체적으로 청소가 꼼꼼하게는 안되어 있습니다. 그리고 직원수가 부족한지 서비스가 부족한 느낌이고요, 전용해변도 아닌듯하고, 조식도 맛 없었습니다. 가장 최악은 건기에도 모기가 엄청 많습니다. 도마뱀도 많은데 전 남자라 무섭진 않았습니다. 참고로 어디 구멍이라도 있는건지 모기랑 도마뱀이 방안으로 다 들어오더라고요. 모기퇴치제 달라고 하니 그 빛에 타 죽는 퇴치제 주는데 잘려고 누으니 타다닥 소리 한 5번 났습니다. 아무튼 총평을 해보자면 호텔은 자연 친화적이고 이쁘나 나머진 좀 다 별로였다 입니다. 저렴한 방으로 가게 된다면 가성비가 나쁘지 않아 괜찮겠지만, 풀빌라 숙소는 돈값 못해서 다시 풀빌라에 갈 생각은 없습니다. 사진도 맑은 날에도 역광이라 하나도 안나오니 사진때문에 가시는 분들도 참고하시고요.

The resort itself is beautifull, clean and the staff is just wonderfull. The rooms are clean and the food from the restaurant is really delivious. A well mixed balance between traditional Thai food and western food. Around the resort is not that much but that is ok. You have everything at the resort.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room we stayed at was nice and spacious but it doesn't keep out the noises at all. People walking on the floor above, people walking / talking on the hallway, everything we heard throughout the whole stay. Our room was located on the second floor, but the noises from the ground floor was so loud I thought people were talking right in front of our room. The spa had only one room and one masseuse, so I couldn't book the spa during the time I wanted. Lastly, the hotel has a 24-hour use of room concept, but only subject to availability, I didn't know this so we arrived at 8pm only to be told that we have to check out at 2pm the next day. This was a huge blow to us as we paid double the amount of other hotels we were looking at to stay at U-Pattaya specifically for this.
