The property was not cleaned thoroughly before we checked in. In the shower there was pubic hair on the floor and both the bedroom and living room had stains from probably a sugary beverage because this spots were sticky. And to be very honest, the welcome was not that friendly either..

Very disappointed with my stay, 1st time booked an apartment, personally i wouldn't do it again as per hygiene of the cleaning, mouldy in bathroom, washing machine smells very bad, washing machine filters are disgusting filthy gross, wash my clothes and smelt like wet dog. Pillow cases i have to rewash as its badly smells, bath towels stained with yellow marks, I have to o ppen all doors n windows the entire time i stayed there as i felt sick with the smell. Met lady she is very nice for check in. Cleaner need to clean better.

Base Condo - A lot of potential but falls short.
The Base Condo is a new and clean building in good condition. Common areas are beautiful and I liked the pool, workout room (although limied machines and weights) and meeting areas. Location is also good as it is in the middle of second road. However, there are shortcomings. The units and balcony are small. The television had no English channels and in fact didnt work right the entire time I was there. Only caught one Thai channel! Shower light was out, and although there is a two burner hotplate, there were no pots, pans or other cooking utencils. Be prepared to buy dishwashing liquid, sponge and paper towels too as there were none to be found. Also, no drinking or smoking in the common areas. Overall, some good points but a bit disappointing. Will look elsewhere to book in the future.

The boiler water switch have problem , no water come in the wash room , need to ask the staff checking and repairing ,the staff is very helpful , he is good man . I like this place !

Only good if you want something cheap
Overall it’s just okay. First, the good thing: 1 location- can’t be beaten. Close to everything I’d you are looking for food, shopping, beach and night life. 2. Building is newer with a great rooftop pool. 3. Price - compared to hotels, this is a great deal. Not so good 1 this unit was not very clean. Hair and urine on the toilet on arrival. And general oder in the unit (especially the bathroom) 2. Comfort - low end furniture made NOTHING comfortable. Sofa, bes. (even the pillows were hard) 3. Space - to small to do anything but sleep or sit and watch tv. And for two people it’s not barible after a few days. Over all I would say, you get what you pay for. So if you don’t want p pay much, this place is fine. If you enjoy some of the better things in your accomdation I would not recommend it.

A nice gem
WI-was POOR, thern again, 90% of Thailand location, wi-fi is poor or terrible, unless you are paying big bucks. Great pool, excellent service, perfect location, less than 100 steps to the beach. Hotel is showing a bit of wear, but for the next 20-30 months should be ok. Going back in November

Awesome Price
The location, view and pool was awesome. The room have everything you need a bit small but got kitchenette. Only 5 mins walk to the central festival shopping mall and surrounding by restaurant. This room gave me the best experience with awesome price.

최악중 최악이였습니다. 호스트 연락 안됨, 방 위생상태 최악
진짜 이 곳 때문에 파타야 여행 내내 최악이였습니다. 출발하기 전 몇시 체크인이냐 묻길래 오후 2시에 체크인 원한다 말했는데, 연락도 안되고 라인, 전화 다 씹고 40분 넘게 뜨거운 밖에서 기다렸어요. 겨우겨우 3시쯤 입실 했더니 방을 하나도 관리 안했는지 바닥에 음식물 흘린자국에 신발을 벗고 돌아다닐 수 없어서 내내 방 안에서 신발 신고 다녔습니다. 어메니티도 다른 후기보면 칫솔 치약 등등 다 구비되어있다고 나와있는데 그런거 없습니다. 수건 3일동안 둘이서 두장으로 버텼고 칫솔 치약 등등 저희가 가져간걸로 사용했으며 세탁기는 곰팡이 투성이에 정말 최악이였어요. 숙소에 들어가기 싫은 여행은 처음이였어요. 수영장은 A동 31층, B동 3층 두곳에 있으나 31층은 인스타 사진을 찍기 위해 풀메이크업 한 사람들이 점령해서 점령하여 발만 잠깐 담궜다가 B동 3층으로 이동했습니다. 그런데 3층 수영장은 무슨 문제인지 닫혀있더군요. 3일 내내 수영장 발 한번 담궈보고 끝났습니다. 그리고 이건 방 문제가 아니지만 하나 더 추가하자면 같은 층 엘레베이터 바로 앞 집에 사는남자가 딱 들러붙는 팬티 차림으로 현관 열어놓은채 생활 합니다. 밖으로 오갈때마다 민망하고 기분 나빠서 더욱이 최악의 여행기분을 느끼게 해주었습니다.

별도의 리셉션 없음, 아파트 주인이 다 다른듯, 체크인 전 연락처를 받아 입구에서 별도 직원과 만나 체크인, 청결한편이나 소독약 냄새 강함, 루프탑 수영장 뷰 매우 훌륭, 수영 후 물기를 제거하지 않고 엘리베이터를 탈 경우 벌금 낼 수 있음, 세컨로드상에 위치하여 어디로든 이동 수월, 전반적으로 가성비 뛰어남

수영장은 정말 좋고, 숙소도 좋습니다. 다만 숙소앞에서 담당직원을 불러야 들어갈 수있으니 예약시 참고바랍니다. 레이트 체크아웃이 적용된다고하여 예약하였으나 적용받지못했습니다. 점심을 먹는 도중에 급하게 다시 들어왔습니다

很差，別住進來，不是酒店
不是酒店，只是一間公寓，到公寓入口還要等「經理人」出來，叫你在路邊填登記文件，再帶你入公寓。隔壁就是當地人住的。 然後房間就是民宿般的設備，酒店應有的服務，設施設備都通通沒有。 最噁心的還殘留了上一手的垃圾。 而且房間隔音超差，外面走廊有人行過都完全聽到。

ホテルではなくコンドミニアムなので注意
予約時に注意事項を読まなかったのが悪かったが、まずチェックインの手続きが面倒。 事前にエクスペディア上でメッセージのやり取りをし、到着時間予定を連絡する必要あり。(当然英語。このときの連絡先はバンコクのオフィスのよう) 更に当日到着時には現地のスタッフに電話連絡し、書類を書いて鍵を受け取る。 電話のできない人(現地キャリアのSIMがない、ローミングしたくないなど)の場合はどう対応するのか疑問。 そのような手間を掛けてようやく入室も、コンドミニアムなので部屋はいわゆる現地のマンション(1DK)といった感じ。 備品は部屋によってあるものとないものがあるよう。 例えば自分の部屋にはシャンプーなどあったが、友人の部屋にはなかった。 別の友人はWi-Fiが繋がらないトラブルがあった模様。(代わりに低速のポケットWi-Fiを渡された) バスタオルも2枚置かれていたのみで、交換はなし。 洗濯機の備え付けもない。 暮らすように滞在したい人にはよいかもしれないが、自分はこの値段ならばホテルに泊まった方が断然よかったと後悔した。 立地はセントラルフェスティバルも近く好条件なので、チェックインの手間と備品などの条件が気にならないならばよいのかも。

安価でロケーションもいいコンドミニアムホテルでした。 フロントがなく、連絡方法とまどいましたが、なんとか無事チェックインできました。 ホテルの入り口で連絡して、担当者を待って、受付、合流し、ホテルの部屋へ。 キッチンもあり、簡単な料理は可能かも、 ただ、コップが割れていたので、使えなかった。 アメニティーも無いので、歯ブラシももちろん手洗い用の洗剤、シャンプーは持参必要。

共用スペースがとてもいいホテル
共用スペース（フロント、リビング、プール、ジム）がとても良く、屋上からの見晴が良かった。 夜景も良かった。 受付は、フロントが無く、オーナーと連絡を取って入り口で待ち合わせをしてチェックインするが、 とてもわかりずらい。 言葉が話せれば問題ないが・・・。 部屋は、狭く、値段相応かな。

チェックイン　チェックアウトの時間はフロントがある訳では無いのでそれぞれ連絡先に各自が確認する訳ですが２時ピッタリのチェックインは２日前当日２時間前に確認していても担当者現れずセキュリティの指示で入り口の駐車場の脇に待たされる訳ですが現地の担当者が携帯番号同じでも転送なのか違う人間が出て話が分からなくなる人により英語怪しいタイ携帯持参タイ語堪能な方でルーズはルーズなりに退出も内容確認無いのでそれなりで我慢できる方は良いかも最終の担当者は今付いたぞの連絡で１０分後に現れるつもりか？時間に現れずに不安になる　いわゆる民泊なのですが外来者特に特定の外来者がチェックを受けている形跡無し荷物持っていなければ入居者と思われるのかセキュリティはチェック無し部屋はカードが無いとエレベータは作動しないが下りるのは問題なし駐車場は何処に止めても良い指定無いが溢れる事も無いもちろんゲートくぐった敷地内です。　部屋に何も問題無ければ良いがいわゆる民泊なので問題が有った場合は面倒だと思います代替えの部屋がないサービスアパートのようにホテル部分フロン担当者が専従で存在する訳で無いので複雑　マンションは建ったばかりなので奇麗ですが外来の民泊利用者がかなりの数共用部分に溢れて居るのでそれなりの環境

The BASE ist eine Condominium Anlage, hat von daher nicht die hoteltypischen Einrichtungen. Das ist allerdings kein Nachteil! Die Lage ist hervorragend, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die einzelnen Apartments sind eher klein aber gut geschnitten und ausgerüstet. 2 Swimmingpools und Lounges runden die Einrichtungen ab
