The property was not cleaned thoroughly before we checked in. In the shower there was pubic hair on the floor and both the bedroom and living room had stains from probably a sugary beverage because this spots were sticky. And to be very honest, the welcome was not that friendly either..

Very disappointed with my stay, 1st time booked an apartment, personally i wouldn't do it again as per hygiene of the cleaning, mouldy in bathroom, washing machine smells very bad, washing machine filters are disgusting filthy gross, wash my clothes and smelt like wet dog. Pillow cases i have to rewash as its badly smells, bath towels stained with yellow marks, I have to o ppen all doors n windows the entire time i stayed there as i felt sick with the smell. Met lady she is very nice for check in. Cleaner need to clean better.

Great location Great place Great pool I love the place and I would recommend it to everyone. The only problem you would have is the check in it might take long time but after that everything will be great .

Base Condo - A lot of potential but falls short.
The Base Condo is a new and clean building in good condition. Common areas are beautiful and I liked the pool, workout room (although limied machines and weights) and meeting areas. Location is also good as it is in the middle of second road. However, there are shortcomings. The units and balcony are small. The television had no English channels and in fact didnt work right the entire time I was there. Only caught one Thai channel! Shower light was out, and although there is a two burner hotplate, there were no pots, pans or other cooking utencils. Be prepared to buy dishwashing liquid, sponge and paper towels too as there were none to be found. Also, no drinking or smoking in the common areas. Overall, some good points but a bit disappointing. Will look elsewhere to book in the future.

The boiler water switch have problem , no water come in the wash room , need to ask the staff checking and repairing ,the staff is very helpful , he is good man . I like this place !
