This is the most horrible experience!! I booked this hotel online and my booking was accepted. The hotel withdrew the money almost immediately after my booking. A couple of days prior to my arrival date, I sent several emails to hotel management asking the hours to use the pool but I never received any responses. On the day that I was supposed to check in, I rented a grab taxi to take me to the property and to my horror the sign said it's closed. WTH, are you kidding me??? Here I was standing there all alone (the taxi had left), it's raining hard and no room !!! I did not know what to do because I couldn't speak Thai. I called many hotels around the area but most of them either do no answer the phone or do not speak English and they don't understand what I was talking about. Here I am the minutes on my phone are running out because the plan that I signed up with AIS (Thai mobile carrier) did not provide free calls and texting only Internet. I must have called tons of hotels in the Pattaya area but couldn't find a room. Why did this hotel accept my booking, withdrew my money immediately and did not tell me that I did not have a room??? This is just insane and totally unacceptable. What this hotel did to me was horrible beyong words because standing alone in the rain, on the street with all my luggages, I could have been robbed or worse !!! Never in a million year would I deal with them again.

dnt waste ur money n holiday time for this place..

I have been to pataya twice before and have stayed at different hotels but was my worst experience this time with this hotel managment is not at friendly and spetcially the girl at reception she never smiled never helped with anything and for every question you get one answer 'i dnt know', its far away from all the attractions and we twice lost our way and ended up walking for like hours ,and even taxi drivers dnt recognize where it is ,rooms r comfortable but that does not make your holiday worth spending there ,we shifted in two days ,so guys dnt waste ur money n precious holiday time staying at this place .

Clean Room, Good Location.

Hotel located about 1.2km away from Walking Street, it's about 15 minutes of walking time. If you walk, you can pass by many shop before reach walking street.In the room there is no safety deposit box. It is available at reception, deposit 2000 Baht to get one(during checkout will refund to you). Each safety box require 2 keys to open. Reception will pass one of the key to let you safe guard it. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. During night time not much vehicles passed by hotel, so it is not noisy while stay in the room. Overall a great hotel to stay.

Not quite worth it...

Comfortable Bed with good quality linen- Clean. Restaurant was not good at all and is very over priced. This Hotel is over priced for the location and what it offers. would be better if they offered a free breakfast in the morning. For the distance that this hotel is from where there is anything to do in Pattaya it is over priced. There is not any decent places nearby for food. Good that 7-11 is very close by. Good price for room here would be $15-$20/ night during busy season.

5min drive from nightlife

Great hotel, clean, friendly and the roof pool is nice and place is safe and worth every penny would cost a fortune to stay at a hotel like this in Britain
