The hotel is nice but older, and the breakfast isnt anything good, but its peaceful except for the occasional other guests. and it has a massage spa in the hotel which is nice.

Room was lovely and clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok in the hotel opposite and plenty of choice. Pool was freezing and 4 sunbeds, they was strong smells of cannibis in the corridors which just didn’t leave the time we was there which was really off putting. Was close to 7/11.

Disappointed

Little disappointed, checkin receptionist less than helpful, we were just told “not in main building go outside over there” and had to figure the rest out for ourselves. Toilet wouldn’t flush and no water pressure in washlet, ended up fixing it myself. Bathroom had limited light, making showers kinda difficult. Location of hotel was fine and given the New Year period price was reasonable, but still 3000bht a night you’d expect better. Despite the price guest service and basic room standards should not lowered.

Nice hotel and kind staff

The Hotel met up to my expectations. It was a nice Superior room I booked, it could use some refurbishment tho. Hotel staff was very kind, and also the reception was smiling. The fitness room was very nice. I workout alot and have been lifting weights for many years and this room met my demands. There is one minus tho, and its a big minus. The swimming pools are blocked from the sun, because they are sorrounded by tall buildings. You are lucky if you can get the few sunbeds, at the one corner wheres there some sunlight. But they are taken fast.

Too old hotel. Furniture was too old.

Hotel was too old. I booked miracle suite but they gave me room in lk miracle. Furniture was too old. Had issues with bathroom shower and flush on daily basis. Not sure whether some one stayed in that room earlier or not

The hotel has seen better days. Needs to be modernized. Old furniture, cracks in the walls, and the beds need more comfortable mattresses. The staff is excellant other than the check-in desk staff. Not friendly and almost looked put out to be bothered by the check-in.

Très bon standing pour cet hotel aux nombreux services. Propre et bien tenu. Personnel et réception de bonne qualité. Petit déjeuner copieux servi jusqu'à 11h. Nice location, good value for money

Overall it is great value for money. It is in great central location close to everywhere, it is pretty clean, but on downside it could use some renewal for its rooms interior, the furniture and the bathroom are very old. Though still in working condition, either the shower may leak or the toilet flush may get stuck or closet doors get creaky. Otherwise, it would be perfect. I would also to point out that the breakfast there is definitely the best I had in Thailand.

Good value for money

Hotel is around 15 mins walk from beach road. Area around the hotel is not very active. Rooms are very clean, big and beautiful and so is the hotel itself. Staff is nice. But breakfast was usually just warm or cold and some rooms had no hot water.
