"The cutest lift style Village, so clean, so communicative before & during my stay. Airport shuttle was a perk and perfect for our early morning flight. I would definitely stay here again. Although the surrounding area looked a little scary & runned down, once inside the private gate it was truly beautiful and safe. "

"Obviously the location of the hotel and the hotel condition was great. But their is big problem with the service in the hotel. At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that."

"Breakfast was ok. Some items were not very warm. There are limited amenities in winter. Our toilet had blue cleaner on arrival, but had not been scrubbed based on fesces stuck to bowl. There was a bare wire sticking out of the bathroom wall. The entire place smelled stale."
