「Hot tub didn’t work so we basically had a bubble free bath. Ask housekeeping to Not service room of 2 night stay. They went into room anyway when we were gone. Morning of check out, housekeeping came into room without knocking, even though we had sign on door that we weren’t ready, nor had we checked out yet. They almost caught me changing my clothes. No apology just shut door and went about their business on the next room.」

「We needed a place to stay for the night and this hotel accommodated that need. Bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and instead of removal the hotel choose to paint over it with white paint but it was still very visible. Left a musty smell in the room if you left the bathroom door open. Would not stay again.」

「They had no staff to help with unloading the luggage or to parking the car. They only had one restaurant open while the others were closed. The rooms were old and worn out. It was a terrible place to stay.」

「We were happy with the room. It was large and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. We were in town for a concert at Paycor Stadium. It was close enough for a 20 minute lyft ride to and from the stadium. My only disappointment was I wish the breakfast buffet would have been open until 10 am. Our concert wasn't over until after midnight and by the time we made it back to the hotel and settled in for the night it was after 2 am. Would have been nice to have tried...

「This is a very unique, historic hotel overlooking the scenic banks of the Ohio River. The room was cozy, clean and very comfortable. I also appreciated the second-floor balcony, which provided a lovely view of the river, as well as the complementary tea/coffee supplies. I highly recommend this traditional hotel, especially for history lovers and explorers in search of memorable experiences!」
