「自助早餐選擇豐富，食物質素好， check in好快辦妥， 房間闊落寬敞, 告知為慶祝週年紀念, 在房間特意裝飾, 還有奉上蛋糕, 真貼心, 海景房開揚, 但房內架子很少，浴室內亦沒有掛扣，有點不便, 不過有機會下次會再入住」

「Overall, hotel is very nice with easy commute to Patong city center either by walking or TukTuk. The initial hotel check in was good, room cleanliness could have been improved - there were some dirty areas, most likely because the hotel was at high occupancy and in a rush to get ready for next guest. 」

「喜欢酒店的一切！唯独不喜欢的就是酒店的前台！！我真的不明白这么美的酒店，前台女服务员既然如此没有礼貌，原本可以给酒店100分的反馈，贵酒店却败在了没有礼貌，没有头脑，居然不懂得酒店就是销售服务。 我在这里留言希望酒店高层管理可以重视前台服务培训以及与顾客交流沟通技巧！ 我们每次到泰国都是入住这家酒店，因为酒店的环境很好，房间足够大，因为我们是家庭出游，每次都是选择套房，一住就是一周。由于回程机票是在晚上，我们在入住时就和酒店沟通能否将我们的退房时间推迟一个小时，我们希望在一两点的样子再退房，可是美丽却没脑没礼貌的前台小姐想都不想就立马大声say no！拜托，这是酒店，你的一句no把酒店所有优秀员工微笑服务的印象完全打败了，这位名叫may的小姐态度差，说话像没有受过服务培训的服务员，你不懂得怎么处理请问问你的领班，无脑的服务，不考虑顾客的需求，你当什么前台，可以查看2020年2月1号下午2点时的监控，这位名叫May的女前台是如何面对顾客的，真的给酒店拉后腿，请酒店重视前台客服培训！！」
