This was my fourth or fifth time at this hotel. I love the location - in Patong but not IN Patong. Tuk tuks and taxis are close by to take you to the beach or shopping. They have an extensive breakfast buffet. Gym is small but has what you need. Would come back again for sure

The hotel was good but the room has multiple problems, when the first enter the light was’t working also the shower has a drain water problem and the door battery was’t working, we could not enter room until we call room service to solve the problem.

Wonderful hotel with great staff. The hotel is on several levels but they have buggies to take you up and down. There is plentiful of pools with several separate swim up bars Definitely worth a stay

We were not feeling welcome in this Hotel, reception staff at check in very arrogant. If you are requesting a deposit why is not mentioning in the website and all booking platforms?! No tasty food and very expensive.I will never come back and not recommend.

Its an average property... Rooms are small and had smell in rooms, but they have managed to lower it by having air cons. Privacy concerns as our stuff from locker was moved to other room without our consent... Luggage with shopping was given to taxi driver without our consent.

We strive to provide exceptional experiences to all our guests and hence your feedback is very important to us;the comment about; stuff from safety box was move, as per our record on 23rd February 2024 you scheduled to change the room to another building as per your requested, you went out for whole day with all luggage was packed and left in the room, then around 15:00 hrs. Bellboy together with front leader went to your room to assist with luggage movement also remove some stuff in safety box and kept in safety box at hotel lobby due to old room need to prepare for new arriving guest, which is information have been provided to the guest before schedule to move the room.the comment about; luggage with shopping bag was given to taxi driver without your consent, I have checked our CCTV footage, and found that on 26th February 2024 you made check-out at 11:30 hrs. And leave all luggage at our store after that you went out with minivan, around 16:28 hrs. There is a taxi driver (plate no.กช 2892) approached us at hotel lobby with presented us with correct information which he was informed to collect all your luggage from hotel and then pick all of you up from the mall (Junceylon) before heading to airport, the information was re-confirmed to make sure everything is correct before loading all luggage to the carWe do hope that you will consider staying at The Nature Phuket again in the future and if you do so please feel free to let us know personally and we will be happy to look after your arrangements personally.Best wishes,The Mangement Team

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and they surprised us with a small cake, a lovely message and beautiful decoration of petals and a happy anniversary sign on the bed. They also upgraded our room to a poolside view. Staff very friendly and offered free shuttle to town and a cart to our room so we didn't have to walk. Bed and pillow was the most comfortable set I've ever slept on.

Great hotel for families with toddlers especially the kids pool was a great hit. The waterslide itself kept our son busy for hours. Staff were fantastic with the kids and offered our son free macaroons all the time. The hotel is opposite Kalim Bay/Beach which is not really worth going to. Kamala beach is much better to go to (much nicer than Patong beach) but is about 30 mins away by tuk tuk. Rooms service menu was quite basic even though there were 3-4 restaurant options. Not convinced this is a 5 star hotel in the conventional sense as it lacks the polish of 5 star hotels in Hong Kong, Paris or Singapore that I am use to. Minor irritating points relate to house keeping where there was a missing iron and guest flip flops which only came to light when we checked out and they asked us about the items to see if we had taken them. Hopefully they will not charge the bond for the missing items. There is a price list for everything to deter theft however as a guest you almost need to do your own inventory check (which is a long list!) otherwise at checkout they might claim you took the item.

Great hotel for holiday stay
Flew in right after Xmas and stayed through new years. Room was just right for the 3 of us and situated away from noise etc in building 8. Staff was friendly And accommodating and location was perfect just north of Patong Beach. The breakfast buffet was great! Something for everyone

The price was good for this property. It was a little of ways from downtown Patong, but it was nice to have the quiet too.The breakfast was okay- and it worked for our days…I was happy that we did have choices. The staff were very nice! The room was clean, the bar tender “Best” was really nice and made good drinks! We had our own pool for our room and also were few steps away from the pool with a swim up bar. None of the elevators take you down so be prepared to walk. The bell service can pick you up but sometimes are busy so we walked a lot of the times. They did our laundry for us at a low cost too which was great! Overall I liked this property and we were happy with our stay!

This property was the worst nightmare. They claims to be 5 star but services and rooms are even lower than a 3 star property. Pathetic service of room, they gave me personal pool in the name of private jacuzzi. Lizard came into the room 4 times during the entire stay. Towels are dirty, toilets are not upto the mark. Amenities are similar to 3 star and not even close to 5 star one.

I had a wonderful time. Staff was very helpful and sweet. Location was great (close enough to Patong beach to get there quickly, and far enough to have a relaxing accommodation experience. I would choose it again if I go back to Phucket.

We booked a junior suite for a night before a tour package started. Very nice hotel with lots of food options. The suite was incredible - spacious and comfy. Too bad I wasn’t able to upgrade the following nights to stay in the same one!

Schönes Hotel in Phuket
Wenn Phuket, dann hier wohnen. Gute Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, ab von Trubel und doch dicht genug dran. Ein wirklich schönes Hotel…. ich freue mich aufs nächste Mal
