"Room was nice, however constant banging thudding early morning which started at 08:00ish everyday and went on as late as 01:22 one night. Also strong smell of smoke on the corridor which would eventually be strong enough to wake you in the morning. Location and room was excellent just let down by a couple of unhelpful staff members, like not being able to book a taxi and the noise (no idea what it was) and smell of smoke on the floor which you would of thought staff would of smelt and resolved."

"Hotel is walking distance to the night markets and restaurants. It is also minutes from the airport bus station, which costs a mere 100 ThB one way. Room is huge and very clean. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Hotel also gives a 10% coupon for purchase at the cafe. Very friendly staff. Some minor quibbles: the AC seem fixed at 22 deg. I couldn’t adjust it. Wifi was spotty in the room. It was fine in the lobby. I wished they have Netflix or more English channels. "

"AC was excellent, staff were very helpful. Room was small but adequate, only issue was bed is long, several times my wife and I hit the low wooden end on our shin or foot. The Hotel is very authenticate 1920's beautifully furnished in the old style. Free snacks during the day were very welcome as was the rose water. Hotel is located in a safe walkable area, if a vist to old phuket is your plan you could not douch better than the On On Hotel "

"We booked this hotel very last minute as we had a terrible experience with a different hotel we initially booked. I initially booked a standard double, and then upgraded to a junior suite the second night. The first room was nothing special and the bed was very uncomfortable, but the suite was really good and confirtable. The hotel has two quite nice restaurants and the pool is also really nice "
