"I have stayed here many times now, the transfer, if booked, is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and come with fridge, water, kettle etc, safe. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast had enough choice for me and the Thai food is good. The swimming pool is a nice place to cool off after the last minute shopping in Robinsons which is next door. I have already booked my next stay."

"Things we liked. View over the river from our room. The breakfast was amazing (probably best we’ve experienced in all our travels). Watching fireworks sitting at the Long Bar. The location. The pool. The staff are incredible. The shuttle to Icon Siam. And although not part of the hotel, a beer and food at Jack’s Bar next door! There was absolutely nothing not to like. Superb hotel."

"Hotel is quite new, in good location, clean and good ambiance. Bed & pillows are very comfortable. Room is clean with beautiful view. Staffs are excellent, very kind & helpful & polite. They are willing to help with great attitude. Specially , the front desk staffs are wonderful. Breakfast is variety and delicious. Food and fruit is good quality and fresh."

"On checking in we found no towels in the room and, on checking the bed, found hairs in it. However, when we asked, the sheets were changed and later that night they gave us towels so we were happy with a good response. The buffet breakfast was excellent with friendly staff and we enjoyed the rooftop pool. Aircon and comfort were good. The location on Soi Rambuttri is excellent. We have actually booked in for another one night stay on our return to Bangkok as we were overall very happy with this accommodation."
