"The staff were all very nice. Inside the hotel room was clean and somewhat up to date. However, the toilet didn’t work very well. The maintenance guy said they’re in the process of updating the toilets but wasn’t fun to deal with. The hallways and property is pretty run down and we smelled some odors. We stayed there on a Saturday night and I guess people were coming home from the club so there was a lot of noise that woke us up and people revving their engines. Unfortunately wouldn’t stay there again. "

"We stayed for the evening because we needed a place to sleep for an early sporting event. The bed was clean, but the bathroom was very rundown. The paint was peeling on most of the walls, there were gaps in the wall around the old light fixture. The bathroom fixtures were clean though."

"Lovely hotel in a great area with lots of stores and restaurants. Staff was friendly and professional! Room was immaculate and clean. Definitely will stay here every year I come to the Berks Jazz Festival. It’s only a 15 min drive."
