「Wonderful hotel, great location and fantastic staff」

「The staff were very kind, professional, and welcoming. The breakfast was of good quality, and the overall standard of the property is good. However, I found that the rooms were not well soundproofed. During the night, I could clearly hear a couple in the room above arguing, as well as the guests next door every time they used the bathroom, which made it difficult to rest. While I appreciated the quality of the service, I believe the room rate is way higher than what the property's facilities...

Little annoying that from 7.30 pm to 8 am , there’s no one to assist and you can only access your room ( no common areas available ) All the same , it was a good experience and would recommend」

「I recommend the path from the train station that is longer, but has no stairs. The hotel is beautiful, but we were experiencing a heat wave and the air conditioning couldn’t keep up with big rooms and high ceilings. The staff was extremely helpful.」
