「Excellent conditions and super nice and helpful staffs. Well equipped kitchen including dish washing machine. Big size room with washing/drying machine which is great for me. The air conditioner only work in warm mode because of the winter setting, that make us too hot especially during the sleep. 」

「The brothers who own and operate the B&B are the best!! So friendly and helpful. Their silk graphics available for purchase are the best. Breakfast was so good!! Amazing views of the lake from the upper level rooms. Note, that it is a 6 km 10 minute drive to get from Como to B&B Vista Lago. 」

Felt like somebody available to help via WhatsApp or phone whenever needed. We had a slight problem getting into the building initially, but help was available immediately and all sorted out in minutes. I was probably doing something wrong. 「Reserved parking in a gated facility was great! Parked across from the building to complete the self check-in to get the room key card to open the garage door. Room was super clean and well-maintained. There was a little traffic during the rush hours to get to and/or leave this area.」

「Beautiful boutique hotel, loved the careful attention to detail and overall comfort. Excellent airconditioning (difficult to find in Europe), amenities, and lovely staff. Please note the small size of the hotel (7 rooms only) and the fact that it is not staffed at night - I would recommend this hotel for the experienced and leisurely traveler who does not need constant service.」
