「The room and property were clean. Our room had two double beds, was spacious, and had cute,, funky decor. It's a "no frills" room but did have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The Keurig was in the hallway for all guests on the floor to share, but there were plenty of pods and condiments. There is no front desk. We were given a door code for check in that activated without a problem at 4 pm. The hotel is in a great area, literally steps from Bacchus Restaurant and Bar, a new brewery next...

「The air in the room from the vents was pungent and almost made me want to throw up. It smelled of curry and other spices which also made my bedding smell that way. We had to leave early because it was so sickening. The owners or managers weee not friendly at all and won’t accept any responsibility for anything. I think I they take it as an insult to their culture DO NOT STAY HERE! It will fool you!」

「The rooms were clean and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast bar was good although I feel it could be expanded a bit for the children. There is also plenty of parking at this establishment. Very quiet and the beds were comfortable and it is in a great location. However, I feel that this hotel could use some updates to the rooms and the building itself. For example, The pool floor needs to be refinished. My kids came back to the room after swimming with blue paint chips in their hair....

「I was super disappointed. If you’re booking based off photos, do NOT book here. The hotel is nothing like what is photographed and was disgusting. There was mold on the shower curtains, our door barely shut, and I felt extremely uncomfortable/unsafe. I’m pretty sure this room was the “go to” room for guests staying here. It was very rundown.」

「Our room was not clean, and some parts had clearly not been cleaned or maintained for some time. There were large scuffs/dirt in the main part of the hotel room, spots/stains on the wall above the bathroom trash can, and a Cheeto on the bathroom floor. The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower was nearly empty and not labeled. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others based on the cleanliness of the room itself. We've stayed in less expensive hotels with significantly higher...

「The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.」
