「Diez Diez is a small boutique hotel with possibly the best service I have experienced at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The entire staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Rooms are unique and beds are comfortable. Can’t have a better experience in Merida. 」

「This hotel is in an ideal location, walking distance to everything in Merida. The staff are very helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to visit. The common areas are lovely, and how you would imagine an hacienda 100 years ago. Our room was very basic - wifi was slow and the phone would not fully charge overnight (with a message of slow charging.)」

「This boutique hotel is just STUNNING…like right out of the pages of a Decorator magazine! In fact, I believe the owner is an interior decorator or possibly an architect. There are only five rooms in this cute hotel, and the decor is nothing short of gorgeous.!!! the staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. From reading the description and the reviews I thought we would be closer to a Central Street that had lots of restaurants on it, but I think this hotel is still a little bit...
