"Overall, our stay at Margaritaville was okay and the amenities were good. However, the experience at the waterslides was frustrating due to inconsistent enforcement of height rules. My kids were right at 48 inches and were allowed to ride by some staff with no issues, but others—particularly one employee—frequently turned them away. It felt very dependent on which employee you got. At Paradise Pier, where height is also measured, they were consistently allowed to ride, which made the inconsistency here even more noticeable. I understand safety is important, but consistency matters. The mixed enforcement took away from the experience and caused unnecessary disappointment for the kids. I hope management can address this so future guests have a more consistent and enjoyable experience."

"The bathroom was not sufficiently clean and the iron was not working. With that being said, Quality Inn nor Expedia warned us about the train passing less than 30 yards away from our door several times, at night. I understand the discounted pricing but experiencing the noise and the vibration of it passing so close to the property without explanation was insufferable."
