「We didn’t ask if they were dog friendly before we booked and they totally weren’t, and had no flexibility around it so our poor big boy had to spend the night in the car by himself. Staff could’ve been a little friendlier, and to make matters worse, the restaurant was closed. The breakfast buffet was pretty good though with homemade omelettes. 」

「If you request the Falconieri room for 2 beds, check beforehand to be sure there are sheets and a blanket for the couch bed. All i had was a pillow. I didn't realize that til we got back from the opera after midnight & it was too late to bother the staff. 」

「We got an unexpected upgrade. The room turned into an apartment. It was clean, comfortable, large, and right next to the city plaza. We had a great night's sleep, and enjoyed strolling the local area. I will definitely book here again. The staff is exceptional!」

「We regarded this hotel as having a very high standard for a budget hotel. We had been staying in 4 or 5 star hotels, but really there was nothing we wanted. Our room was spacious and clean. The central piazza in the town is will worth a visit. We only stayed one night but we wanted to visit Fabriano because this was where the New Zealand Division in 1944 replenised it's numbers with soldiers from the Pacific - including my wife's father.」
