Very comfortable hotel and fabulous staff. Future visitors should be aware of the strong sulphur smell in the corridors which can seep into rooms. However not in the restaurant Excellent location for Frasassi Caves. Only an 800m walk to the cave entrance..

Mis-described, unfinished hotel. Lovely staff.

This is a picture of the pool. The listing mentions pool and deluxe room with balcony overlooking river. Small balcony on first floor with no furniture and side glimpse of river over the other side of the road. Staff were lovely but could not defend the mis-description by the owners. The hotel is not finished and the second floor is still being fitted. The pool is not owned by the hotel and will not open until 2019. We booked 4 nights but reduced stay to one night due to no pool and small dark room with small balcony overlooking road. Hotel fittings are top class and when the second floor is finished with the pool opened the hotel will be a great place to stay. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Beautiful area. Wonderful caves also within walking distance (discount available). Walk to ticket office - ask hotel staff.

Genga e dintorni

Esperienza più che positiva l'hotel è situato vicino al fiume Sentino dalle acque limpide, personale gentile ed accogliente e molto professionale...la colazione è standard, ma e aperta fino alle 9:30, ristorante con buone pietanze.Vicino a biglietteria e alle grotte di Frasassi raggiungibili a piedi.

Ottimo hotel 3 stelle a San Vittore di Genga nel Parco Gola della Rossa e Frasassi con un ristorante che offre menù di un buon livello, le terme con le acque sulfuree tra i servizi convenzionati insieme con la piscina dell’hotel con il servizio bar. Per gli appassionati ci sono i percorsi di mountain hiking a disposizione e le prelibatezze gastronomiche di Genga, Sassoferrato ed Arcevia

La ns camera era grande, nuova, con bagno moderni e grande doccia. Biancheria morbida, la migliore mai trovata. Abbiamo cenato in struttura e i piatti erano buoni e ben presentati. L'aspetto esterno è ordinato ma datato, a contrasto con gli ambienti interni che sono moderni. Alla reception la sig. ra è stata ipergentile e cordiale.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte a novembre , con colazione. Camera molto bella come in foto, sala per la colazione molto ampia e varietà di colazione ben apprezzata per tutto. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante. Parcheggio riservato a fianco dell’hotel o anche presente sulla strada. L’hotel si presenta molto bene e ha una vista ottimale. Personale molto cordiale.
