"Staff is super untrained. They’re rude and just don’t seem capable of providing basic customer service. I got to my room and there was no soap. Took them a while to bring it up, and then the AC wasn’t working. I called again and they sent someone from maintenance, who was honestly the only kind and helpful person I dealt with the whole time.
He reset the AC and asked me to wait another 30 minutes. After about 20 more minutes (so over an hour at this point, in that heat), I called back and insisted on a room change. I was traveling with a newborn and they really didn’t seem to care at all.
Pool staff is also rude and completely careless about the guest experience. The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Other than that, I would strongly advise against staying here. Also, the room had hair on the floor when I arrived."
