「The room was infested with pests: cockroaches, ants and bed bugs. We saw 3 during our first night at the bathtub, toilet (flying erratically) and at the main room vanity table. My son had bites when he woke up during our first night, and our food always have ants crawling if we miss putting it in the ref. The staff aren't so helpful with our needs such as room service, toiletries re-fill (we asked for a roll of toilet paper twice but were not given) even though the property is not fully booked,...

「離市區和車站有點距離（15分鐘左右），如果想住好點願意花一點錢搭Uber的人非常可以考慮。飯店內也有游泳池和健身房。飯店人員親切，樓下有飲水機可以裝水。」

「It has what you want, decent pool, breakfast buffet, parking. Pool hours not great, food not great, parking was ok. The real downside to this place is noise, it's SO noisy, I could hear ppl in the bathroom. I don't mean pipes or water. I could hear farting and such through the wall. The doors, exterior stairs, cleaning carts. It was so noisy, 24 hours a day. Brutal I just can't recommend this place」

「Hotel is generally clean and tidy. There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. The hotel should consider opening an extra desk」

「Really good hotel in the old town and opposite El Corte Inglés which is useful for coordination. The rooms are decent sized, the beds comfortable and everywhere is clean. I arrived early but as my room was ready I was allowed to check in immediately. That was a lovely touch and really appreciated. Would happily stay here again.」

「地理位置十分方便，無論購物或觀光都可以步行到達，酒店兩旁除了傳統西班牙餐廳外，係有中國菜及日本菜選擇。 但酒店設備裝置不太完善，浴室淋浴間漏水到外面，抽氣扇換氣量不足，洗澡後牆壁及地面會出現水漬，洗面盆冷熱水安裝位置錯誤，容易被熱水灼傷。 入住時前台建議用10歐羅升級套房，可惜房間是2樓和窗戶是向着後巷，完全不能享受西班牙冬日陽光及戶外環境。 但整體感覺良好，建議大家可以入住。 」

「New hotel, room size is big and clean, bed is very confortable as well. For the room with terrace, very quiet at night. Outside the hotel, there’s a supermarket and a restaurant call “ Bar Salsamento” highly recommended. Great food, reasonable price and nice staffs. 」

「The pool was such a great addition for a city break, the staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were large and quiet and there was a great breakfast, with loads of options! It is a bit further out but a nice walk in and we got a bus back that dropped us right outside. Plenty of food options within a 10-15 minute walk. View from the roof top pool is pretty impressive.」
