「A family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We were happily accommodated to the Delux Junior Suite during a summer heat wave time in Seville. The availble facilities of the hotel e.g. books collection, art deco, good air-con environment, jacuzzi tub inside room, sweet breakfast wine, etc. made us feel like living in a small palace. Very helpful sight seeing guideline was provided to us at check in time. Very friendly and helpful boss and staff. We had an unforgettable memory at Seville.」

「Le petit déjeuner manque de variété (choix entre 6 formules prédéfinies, pas possible de le composer soi-même ). Il est pris dans un café en bas de l’immeuble. Le personnel du café est aimable et fait de son mieux pour répondre aux demandes. C’est une bonne option si on reste une nuit ou deux mais si on reste plus, on se lasse vite. Pour le logement, l’immeuble est très joli, très bien entretenu, très lumineux. Vraiment agréable. L’emplacement est central, proche de tout à pieds. Il manquait...

「比较闹市的区域，对面是英国宫。自驾停车有点远在一个公共停车场，但是酒店有一定的折扣。半小时步行到塞维利亚西班牙广场，黄金塔等景点，离圣十字街区较近。」

「New hotel, room size is big and clean, bed is very confortable as well. For the room with terrace, very quiet at night. Outside the hotel, there’s a supermarket and a restaurant call “ Bar Salsamento” highly recommended. Great food, reasonable price and nice staffs. 」

「Terrible service - The reception lady was extremely unhelpful and showed zero sympathy to me, an ill guest. I got fever and was very sick. Thus, I wanted to order room service (even though my room is right next to the hotel cafe - you can picture how uncomfortable i was). When i dialled the number on the menu, it got to the reception.
