「The staff of the hotel is really great, everyone is super pleasant, nice and very helpful. The installations are not as seen in the pictures. The whole place is old, poor maintained, and not as clean as one would hope for. The wi-fi does not work properly in the bedroom and when we asked for a solution, there wasn't one. I found a roach in the bathroom and the shower showed parts that were really not cleaned, kinda gross actually. The tv has no cable and just a handful of local channels. The AC...

Quarto com fronhas de travesseiros com marcas de uso e sujos, banheiro com pessimas condicoes de higiene ! Ambiente com odor forte ! Nao consigo ver 1 ponto positivo! Alem de tudo, no final quiseram cobrar meia estadia pq atrasei 8 minutos ! Isso pq uber pegou transito ! Lamentavel que ainda eoxista hotel desse nivel 」

Great location, excellent staffs, fantastic restaurant and reasonable pricing...so lucky we changed our plan the last minute that we decide to stay with Villa Amazonia in Manaus to refresh up after leaving the jungle. 「We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights before going for a 3D2N Amazon jungle trip. The stay was pleasant as the room was spacious and comfortable with sight of the Theatre House which was in close vicinity. The staff was helpful and nice to settle our queries and problem encountered. The breakfast was ample and tasty. With its central location, it was very convenient to stroll around for sight-seeing and dining. 」
