Very convenient cheaper hotel if using it as a base for travelling into Amazon rainforest. Hotel very accommodating regarding storing luggage whilst away in the jungle.

Extraordinary

Julio, Luis and the entire restaurant crew made our stay comfortable and extraordinary. They were very professional and attentive to their task however small. They are good employees that need high commendations. Thank you all for making our stay a great one.

The hotel was ok, the rooms and hallways were very "institutional" but the common areas were quite nice. Ate in the restaurant twice and it took well over an hour to get our food both times so be prepared. Unfortunately, there is not much in the area, and it is not very walkable.

Nice lobby. The room is a little small. Pillows could have been fluffier and towels could have been softer. Lost electricity and was running off a generator. Had to bath in cold water. Lights went out in time. Thankfully we were already packed. Not close to things to do.

O hotel em si é bom, café da manhã talvez o melhor de Manaus, porém no dia da hospedagem estava tendo um evento musical na área de lazer e piscina do hotel, evento este pago. Os hóspedes não podiam usufruir da área da piscina e lazer devido o show, nem desconto ofereceram na diária, um absurdo.
