"Terrible dingy and extremely crammed room. There was hardly any space for us to walk around in the room. This is supposedly a comfort room!"

"The pool and food were fantastic. A perfect oasis to relax after touring the Iguassu Falls parks. Just know that very few staff speak English (mostly just at the front desk). "

"Nice hotel. I don't recommend that you use the travel agency to book any of the safari tours at either Iguazu park. They will scare you and tell you that tickets will sell out so that you can buy from them and they'll charge you double the price. I was there in March, so it wasn't that busy and I was able to buy tickets at the park for the safari tours. Also, the hotel will call a cab for you if you want to visit the Argentinian side of the falls. Round trip is 400RS. "

"The check-in process was seamless. I found the bedspread not as clean as per the previous reviews. I did not find the staff going above and beyond. The property is located in a very good location, walking distance from a shopping mall. The breakfast was average, espresso coffee was available for a fee. The guests fridge was very duty. "

"Great room for family: had 3 beds, though was only 1 person. Nice amenities if you have children: pool, play area, close to bird park, helicopter ride, falls. "
