"Really enjoyed our stay. All staff were helpful and polite. Rooms spacious, clean, nice terrace, coffee facilities in the room. Shower very good with good water pressure. We opted for breakfast which was a buffet and had a good selection of cereals, breads bacon eggs etc pastries, fruit. Hotel was very central to shops, restaurants and attractions. Hop on hop off bus across the road next to an Aldi. "

"This was the first and only hotel in my life where i walked in and left. The pictures online does really heavy lifting. In reality apartment was small, gloomy. Sterile without a single decoration or warmth item sans two paintings. Couches were old, filthy, full of who knows what. Probably bed bugs. Linens were old, grey. No dining anywhere in sight"

"Clean room but had a terrible stale smell. Air conditioning didn’t work. Room had very old furniture. "

"Very nice hotel, clean, modern, 15-minute bus ride to the centre of Seville, very good breakfast, very friendly staff. Only negative is slow wifi."

"Room clean, but needs some upgrading, A/C not working properly, all options locked on the panel locked. Parking available in the shopping centre that is connected to the hotel for a small fee. "

"Undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We were a family of 4, with small children. The family room has a sketchy and a wobly set of stairs that brings to the Mezzanine where the bathroom is. I was terrified of my kids falling from the stairs. We had to abandon our reservatiom to seek for a place where at least we could sleep in. The beds were god awful, they only gave us one pillow, and when I asked for more, The rude staff member said they were fully booked and only had two of the worst pillows I ever had the unfortunate privilege of using. They advertised a restaurant and room service, but they don't bring the food to the room, nor do you have access to a menu. You have to go downstairs and order and pick up the order. We spent 2x more than what we paid originally to get emergency accommodations. My son called this place a Bootel, cause he said it was Boooooooooo. And I agree. Also, there are no good restaurants nearby, it is in the middle of nowhere. Who did they bribe to get this 4 star classification, that was money well paid, cause I wouldnt give it 1 star, let along 4. I could keep going, but my fingers hurt of how angrily I'm typing this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAP!!!"
