+ Gute zentrale Lage, aber ruhig + modernes Ausstattung - Die Gäste knallen die Türen, besonders die beiden Haustüren im C-Trackt, ein Schild „Bitte leise schliessen“ wäre gut, genauso die zimmertüren beim rausgehen

Das Zimmer viel zu klein, ich war alleine und hatte schon kein Platz, zu zweit ??? Mein erstes Zimmer , nicht sauber, überall schwarze Haare, die Dusche mit Schimmel, und Bremsspuren im Klo!! Alles fotografiert, kein Fake! Ich also an die Rezeption, Fotos gezeigt, neues Zimmer! Ebenfalls schwarze Haare, und Bad schmutzig! Wie kommen die guten Bewertungen zur Sauberkeit zustande?? Ich habe für eine Nacht 100 Euro bezahlt, bin 3 geblieben. Null Ausstattung. Wirklich schön war die Dachterasse. Es gibt dort eine Gemeinschaftsküche, ausgestattet mit Plastikbechern und Plastiklöffel! No Go Am letzten Tag musste ich früh um 7 weg, wollte mir einen Kaffee in der Küche machen, hatte auch noch Sachen im Kühlschrank, leider geschlossen, öffnet um 8!! Warum? Was machen Frühaufsteher?? Alles in allem: Neu renoviert, sehr zentral , aber die Zimmer schmutzig, wurden auch nicht gereinigt während des Aufenthalts, nur Bett gemacht und frische Handtücher! Höchstens 70 Euro die Nacht wert! Einfach nur enttäuschend!!

Piacevolmente sorpresi dalla comodità e dalla stanza nuova, pulita e luminosa. La biancheria è stata cambiata tutti i giorni, il bagno con grande doccia non ha però il bidè. Il personale dell’hotel è stato molto cordiale. La posizione è ottima per arrivare in centro a piedi. Zona vicino alle strade dello shopping, in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono le attrazioni del centro di Siviglia e tantissimi locali per mangiare

This hotel was great we booked for few nights and had ground floor room to aid accessibility during our stay. The staff are friendly and happy to help and the room was spacious and the bathroom big to be able to move around due to needing a shower chair. This was a normal seat provided by the hotel that I could take in and out of the shower which was fine for my needs. They have a kettle and coffee machine on the 3rd floor next to the rooftop area. You will need to get your own tea bag/ pods though. There is a fridge and plastic cups and plates provided. Convinence store a short 5 min walk. Paper cups for hot drinks ask at reception before heading up. The lift goes to floor 2 then a split landing staircase to third floor. The bed was made and changed daily with new towels provided. The location was central and easy to get to and from the landmarks of the city which due to the rain when we visited made it quite a lot of back and forth. The room was quiet as we had one at the back of the hotel meaning we slept well the beds were very comfortable. Would stay again

Très bon accueil. Petite chambre très simple mais confortable. Hôtel très bien situé au calme. Pas de service petit déj, dommage. Lavabo bouché avec odeur désagréable le 1er jour… mais réparé ensuite. Bon rapport qualité prix.
