「Not your usual stop over hotel, this seems to be a wedding venue that also lets rooms when they can. The house and grounds are amazing and a real privilege to visit. Friendly staff. Couldn’t get the EV charging to work, seemed to be an older Tesla charger.」

「Excellent location in Laon. Husband and wife staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. We'd hoped to dine on site for our evening meal. Their restaurant was closed and they found us an alternative restaurant and made a dinner reservation for us. I was recovering from a cold and the owner prepared me a hot lemon honey and ginger drink to have before I went to bed. Even made me one the following morning. To some the hotel may feel dated, but out group of 8 loved the sense of history the hotel...

「The staff were really nice and helpful. I stayed at the Brit hotel for a week while I was visiting someone at the hospital nearby. 」

「Hotel staff were all friendly. They offer good parking, which was fantastic for our motorbike We were in room 5. It was clean, a good size. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was nice. They have a restaurant and there's plenty of places to eat nearby. We would go back! 」

「Overnight stay on way home. Couldn’t park outside as it’s in a pedestrianised square overlooking the cathedral but there was a road running alongside where you could leave your car to unload your luggage. We parked in the gated secure car park which was a few minutes away. Room was small but fixtures were of a high standard and lovely view of cathedral. 」

「Excellent. I liked the self checkin, even the automatic up sell for the breakfast. My room was very neat, tidy and clean. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, blackout curtains, nice tv and it was easy to park. Breakfast was great btw. I’d stay again.」
