「The staff throughout the hotel and throughout our one-day stay were all wonderful. I wrote about the wonderful ladies who helped me with my checkin to ensure my stay during my special day was perfect. Other staff continued the exceptional courtesy, wishing me well as we interacted for various reasons. Additionally, the bathtub had a rough bottom that protected me from slipping. 「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」
