Find Hotel with a Concierge in Parma City Centre

"The customer service was excellent! The person who greeted us gave us more and better info on Parma than the tourist office! A good value, roomy, clean, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay."

"I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. It’s clearly just been renovated and is in excellent condition. Whilst in the centre the walk from the hotel to the main centre ( 10 minutes ) is through an ‘interesting’ area , not unsafe but definitely didn’t feel comfortable. The room I had was a duplex which I wasn’t aware of when I booked with the toilet downstairs which was strange as was in the hotel basement . There was an emergency exit door which is fine but they should state clearly...

"A lovely big room , loys of storage and fridge , tea / coffee, free safe , proper hangers huge bathroom lovely towels . Aircon not great , and view not great . Breakfast was excellent, fresh, lovely bread and butter , fresh fruit, huge choice. Reception staff unsmiling but efficient. Lacked any local knowledge , and guides us to visit the centre for shopping , as opposed to a local shopping mall, but in fact the shops and cafes were all closed . It would have been appreciated to get have...

"The hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished in keeping with the style of the property but with all the modern conveniences and the staff are all so friendly. Breakfast was delicious and there is an excellent restaurant next door for dinner. Its an easy 15 minute walk through the park opposite to the town center and I felt very safe as a single female."
