「Sound insulation is bad whever people passing corridor and closing door. When next door closing their toilet door, the ceiling sounds and move a bit. Otherwise the service and staff are nice.」

「La atención de la mujer del lobby muy bien con la mejor disposición y sonrisa. El desayuno de lo mejor y la atención de las meseras muy bien también, el café muy rico. Delicioso. El cuarto renovado, limpio muy bonito. Muy bien ubicado a unos pasos de la estación de tren.」

「Check-in was easy; staff was friendly. Location is very convenient to the Parma train station. Facilities at the hotel are very nice.」

「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love...

「Esta en un pueblito cerca de Parma, cobuen desayuno y en una casa llena de plantas y jardin hermoso. Excelente atencion de Adele y Giulia. El check-out es algo temprano a las 10 AM pero fuera de eso esta Excelente. 」
