「The lobby, breakfast and dinner areas were inviting and the food was delicious. More importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The underground parking provided convenient access to the lobby and rooms above. The only concerns were the absence of hand towels and some awkward light switches.」

「I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. My stay was going well until a very serious incident completely changed my experience. While I was out on a tour, someone entered my room, stole cash, and attempted to use my credit cards to make purchases totaling more than €2,500. Although I accidentally left these items in my room while rushing out that morning, this should never happen in any hotel, especially one with such highly rated reviews. What was even more disappointing...

「El trato recibido por la chica que había en recepción a nuestra llegada fue maravilloso. Fue súper amable con mi madre y conmigo. Nos facilitó la estancia y además siempre con una sonrisa. El resto del personal también super amables. Es algo a destacar. El hotel tiene habitaciones adaptadas que facilitan la higiene y cuidados de personas con movilidad reducida. Lo recomiendo. Es ideal además si tienes consulta en el hospital 12 de Octubre.」
