Close enough to the city center where you can take a bus right outside the hotel, but far enough where it's not noisy or crowded. It's also situated by the river where many locals are seen exercising from the early hours. The breakfast buffet was a great source of nourishment before our daily hikes around the city.

Staff were amazing, very nice rooms, clean, walking distance to most attractions, located in a nice quite area by the board walk. Only complaint, the beds are rock hard its like sleep on wood.

Hotel with park view and walking paths

Great hotel in a good location. If you don't mind walking to the main site areas it is situated along the river Manzares with lovely park lanes bordering the river . Quiet rooms with nice views over the park. Breakfast options are plentiful. Pleasant staff . Ciuld use ironing boards and an iron in the room.

Excellent hotel accommodations and service. Hotel staff was was wonderful. Great location, to go for a walk in the afternoons and it was at 10 minutes away by bus or taxi from Madrid Center. Highly recommend this place.

A very happy stay.

We were here for three nights and enjoyed the amenities offered. We dined in house for the first night and the food and service were good. The buffet breakfast was very well catered with plenty of choice. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed.

The fact that we couldn't speak much Spanish, it would have been nice if the gentlemen working the front desk knew a bit more English. The young lady at the desk when we arrived was very helpful. There also seemed to be a shortage of towels. There were two of us staying in our room. Some days they did not give enough towels for the two of us, and one day we didn't receive any towels at all. We had to call the front desk. The restaurant was nice, and the food was good. However, I did feel a bit uncomfortable with the wait staff. I had a feeling they were discussing us and not in a good way.

The hotel is very nice, great location and a restaurant right downstairs. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, I could feel the springs through the fabric, and the water in the shower goes from scalding hot to freezing cold intermittently while showering. If it weren’t for these issues I would say 5 stars.
