「My room was absolutely beautiful and clean except for the bathroom floor. It was sticky so I used one of the washcloths to mop it and when I got done, it was filthy. The elevator floor was just as nasty. The outside could be power washed and cleaned. Other than cleanliness that I’ve mentioned, this hotel was worth the price. It is only a half mile from the convention center and 2/10 of a mile from the city center. Absolutely beautiful room though. Be sure to book a room here.」

「My only complaint was that the mattresses on the bed was a little too hard for my comfort. Other than that the room was clean and spacious. My entire interaction with all the staff from the front desk to the kitchen/buffet staff was great. I love the security feature with the key for the elevator. Great customer service and friendly warm interactions. Most likely to stay again. 」
