Parking is down the road but really no hassle but it’s only free if you book direct! The restaurant/bar was a bit of a let down. The staff are pleasant but not engaging and service is ok but could easily be improved. "

Very Nice Hotel, Loved Napier Vibe
"Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. We had a high floor ocean view room which was very nice. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is right along the ocean (across street) in the Art Deco district. Its proximity made for easy access to this area which had loads of shops and restaurants. The dinner and breakfast we ate in Napier were both very delicious. We did have a nightcap at the hotel bar and it was a good place to relax. Parking was free and ample. "
